SBIR FOA Released: Includes Hydrogen Dispenser Technologies

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has issued its FY 2013 Phase I Release 2 Funding Opportunity Announcement (DE-FOA-0000801) for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs. Issued by the Office of Basic Energy Science, Topic 6 is "Hydrogen Dispenser Technologies." Qualified small businesses with strong research capabilities in science or engineering in any of the research areas sought in the announcement are encouraged to apply.

The deadline for receipt of Phase I Release 2 Letters of Intent is December 17, 2012, 5:00 p.m. EST. Please note that Letters of Intent are required; only applicants who have submitted a Letter of Intent are eligible to submit full applications. Please see the Funding Opportunity Announcement for instructions on how to submit your Letter of Intent to DOE. Grant applications must be submitted by February 5, 2013, 11:59 p.m. EST.

There will be a webinar on the general SBIR solicitation process on Friday November 30, 2012, 2:00 p.m. EST to provide additional information.
