The Hydrogen Posture Plan (PDF 4.15 MB), recently transmitted to Congress, outlines a coordinated plan for activities under the Hydrogen Fuel Initiative, both at the Department of Energy and the Department of Transportation.  Download Adobe Reader.

This document serves as an update of the previous plan, issued in February 2004, for integrating ongoing and future hydrogen research, development, and demonstration activities into a focused Hydrogen Program.
