The Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs issued a FY 2009 Phase I funding notice on Sept. 17, 2008. Topic 22 of the notice—Hydrogen, Fuel Cells, and Infrastructure Technologies—includes four subtopics related to hydrogen and fuel cells:

Hydrogen production process intensification technology
Hydrogen home fueling system
Hydrogen dispensing modeling for advanced storage
On-line measurement of proton-exchange-membrane electrolyzer stacks.
