DOE Manufacturing Pre-Solicitation Workshop
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) held a Manufacturing Pre-Solicitation Workshop in Arlington, Va., on May 18, 2007. Workshop participants reviewed the application process and discussed proposed topics for a research and development funding opportunity to advance manufacturing technologies for hydrogen and fuel cell systems. The workshop was held in conjunction with the DOE Hydrogen Program's 2007 Annual Merit Review.
DOE anticipates funding up to $48 million over 3 to 5 years for this solicitation, with recipients sharing 20%-30% of the cost (depending on the topic area).
