Training

Facilitating and co-sponsoring training is a key component of partnerships and outreach for the Industrial Technologies Program (ITP). Training and events are offered on the Web, and at the national, regional, state, and local levels. ITP offers these trainings and events to encourage stakeholder dialogue on locally oriented efficiency goals and challenges.

  • View the ITP BestPractices training calendar to see a list of upcoming events being offered in your state and on the Web.

  • ITP offers tailored training in conjunction with requests made by states, utilities, and industry groups.

Host a Training

Hosting a training can provide an opportunity for your state or organization to learn more about available federal resources, enable greater dissemination of energy-saving practices, and help you reach your conservation goals and improve your local economy.

  • Find out how to host a training in your state. A U.S. Department of Energy specialist can facilitate a general- or system-specific training for industrial facilities in your area.

  • Already offering a training event? Submit your organization's event or training to be posted on ITP's calendar.
