| Description | The Fuel Cell Technologies Program Multi-Year Research, Development and Demonstration Plan* describes the planned research, development, and demonstration activities for hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. The document was first published in draft form in 2003, and in final form in 2005. Elements of it have been revised occasionally since then. Throughout the early years of this research, the entire program received extensive review by the hydrogen and fuel cell research community, including panels of the National Research Council and the National Academy of Engineering.
