This solicitation is seeking State Energy Offices to play an active role in boosting the productivity and competitiveness of their industrial base. DOE's Industrial Technologies Program is especially interested in multi-state collaborative proposals that work with national and local industrial stakeholder groups to raise the awareness and knowledge of industrial manufacturers about opportunities for energy efficiency and the impact that implementation of best practices in energy management can have on the corporate bottom line.
