Description: Since 2006, Nissan's Energy Management Team Nissan has been committed to "the development of a comprehensive, measurable energy management program to reduce the energy burden, cost, and risk in the manufacturing of all its products." They have championed the cause of energy awareness at the company, with their industrial peers, and in their facilities’ communities. As such, Nissan believes that to be successful, it must engage its employees in energy practices. In this webcast, Mike Clemmer and Ken Roden of Nissan North America will discuss strategies to successfully cultivate and promote a corporate culture of energy efficiency that centers on an employee-driven energy management system and employee engagement.
