    Part 2 of this 4 part series describes the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach and delves into a very critical part to getting started–Planning. This includes the remainder of Step 1 plus Steps 2 and 3 of the eGuide. It covers key processes such as conducting an energy review, determining energy baselines, setting targets and objectives, and preparing action plans.
