ITP Supports National Energy Campaign with "Save Energy Now" — Energy Teams to Visit 200 Plants

October 6, 2005

As part of President Bush's national campaign to save energy, ITP has launched the Save Energy Now initiative to help U.S. industry during this period of tightening energy supply and rising costs. ITP will send teams to conduct 200 targeted energy assessments of the nation's most energy-intensive industrial plants.

ITP will deliver an outreach program to staff at more than 50,000 plants by providing tools and materials to help plants reduce natural gas and electricity use. If you are interested in learning more or participating, visit the Save Energy Now Web site and subscribe to the ITP E-Bulletin for the latest ITP updates on this effort.
