Provide Feedback on ITP Research at AIChE Spring Meeting

    April 6, 2005

Look for ITP at the AIChE Spring Meeting in Atlanta, April 10-15, 2005. Visit the ITP booth to learn about the latest research, roadmaps, commercial success stories, R&D opportunities, analytical reports and tools.

The Chemicals Peer Review (MS Word 432 KB) will feature ITP research, with opportunities for feedback on the projects and future research directions. Conference attendees can interact with chemicals industry experts at the poster session/reception (PDF 701 KB).  Download Acrobat Reader. Researchers from academia, industry and national laboratories will talk about research programs being conducted in partnership with the DOE/ITP Chemicals subprogram. These R&D projects encompass a wide spectrum of areas including separations, reactions, enabling technologies and plant energy-saving tools. Over 50 principal investigators will be present for discussions, joined by the DOE/ITP staff to explain the objectives of their funding initiatives and answer any related questions.

In the coming months, ITP will conduct peer reviews on each of its subprograms, soliciting feedback from industry on technical projects, market potential, and future research.  The Metals Casting Peer Review will take place as part of the CastExpo '05 conference on April 16-19, 2005 in St. Louis, MO. And, mark your calendars for two reviews to be held in Chicago in June: the Sensors Peer Review, in conjunction with the Sensors Expo and Conference on June 6, and the Materials Peer Review on June 1-3, 2005.
