E-Vision 2002: Shaping Our Future by Reducing Energy Intensity in the U.S. Economy

The E-Vision 2002 Conference, sponsored by DOE Office of Energy Efficiency
and Renewable Energy, is your opportunity to help establish a national priority for
improving energy efficiency.
The conference, to be held May 14 6, 2002, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott
in Arlington, VA, will include some 150 executives from industries in the major energy
consuming sectors; senior officials from federal, state, and local governments; leading analysts
from non-governmental organizations and universities; and decision makers from the
Executive Branch and Congress.
Attendees will explore different perspectives on implementing a national
priority for energy efficiency through round-table discussions, sector-specific sessions,
presentations, and numerous open forums. The conference will focus on the U.S. commitment to
energy efficiency and renewable energy as emphasized in the May 2001 National Energy
Policy.
