NICE3 Pre-Proposal Opens January 1, 2002

The NICE3 pre-proposal period will open January 1, 2002.
Pre-proposals will be accepted until March 1, 2002. The next NICE3
solicitation will be open from April - June 2002. More information will be
posted on the NICE3 site as details become available.
