State and Regional Partnership Resources

The Industrial Technologies Program (ITP) can provide state and regional entities with expanded access to ITP resources and technical assistance. ITP will work with these organizations to develop local industrial energy efficiency programs and initiatives. ITP tools and resources can be utilized and transferred to meet local partner needs.

ITP has made available the following partnership tools, documents, and resources to expand state, regional, and local organizations' reach and offerings to industrial customers:

State and Regional Exchanges

Get involved in upcoming state or regional events, and learn about key outcomes of recent regional industrial energy efficiency exchange meetings by visiting the State and Regional Exchanges page.

Technical Reports and Analyses

Read technical reports, analyses, and other documents focused on state and regional issues on the Technical Reports and Analyses page.

Training

Visit the Training page to find out how to participate in a training, host a training in your area, or find resources for your organization's stakeholders.

Additional resources available for ITP partners:

Save Energy Now LEADER

Save Energy Now LEADER

Industrial companies can make a voluntary commitment to reduce their energy intensity by 25 percent or more in 10 years and become a Save Energy Now LEADER. LEADER Companies can receive enhanced access to ITP tools, resources, and technical assistance.

Save Energy Now ALLY

Save Energy Now ALLY

ITP's state, utility, laboratory, university, and nonprofit partners can also make a voluntary commitment to help industrial companies reduce their energy intensity. ALLY Organizations offer financial and technical resources that support industrial energy efficiency.

Sponsor a Plant Assessment

ITP sponsors assessments for large- and medium-sized industrial plants and has trained a network of Qualified Specialists throughout the country that are trained to perform assessments and make efficiency recommendations.

  • Sponsor an industrial plant assessment in your state to encourage local industry to save energy and reduce emissions.

Memorandums of Understanding

ITP enters into Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with states and other organizations to work collaboratively and leverage resources that bring energy efficiency opportunities to the industrial stakeholders.
