Program Plans
The SETP planning process sets the direction for management and for research and development activities, ensuring that all activities funded by the Solar Program have a common market perspective and set of national goals. The plans develop and evaluate technical and economic targets for the solar electric systems that will result in solar energy technologies being market competitive by 2015.
