Open and Upcoming Funding Opportunities

Open and upcoming funding opportunities for the Solar America Initiative are listed below by key activity areas. The Solar America Initiative provides significant funding opportunities for industry, universities, and federal, state, and local governments and non-government agencies. The purpose is to develop, improve, and deploy solar energy technologies.

The Solar Energy Technologies Program (SETP) attempts to maintain current information on funding opportunities. However, the official source of funding information is Grants.gov, which is the final arbiter if inconsistencies are encountered between the sources. Information on non-SAI solar funding opportunities is available in the SETP Financial Opportunities section.

For more information on the application process, see How to Apply.
