Reporting Forms and Instructions
Annual alternative fuel vehicle (AFV) acquisition reports are due to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) no later than December 31 for each model year. DOE's online reporting system allows state and alternative fuel providers to fulfill their compliance reporting requirements online. Incomplete reports or failing to report by December 31 will place the fleet in noncompliance.
