Best-Selling Cars and Light Trucks, Model Year 2003

In model year (MY) 2003, the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord topped the list of best-selling cars, and the Ford F-Series pickups were the top-selling light trucks. Because each model has various engines that get different fuel economies, a range is given for city and highway fuel economies.
