Actions Taken Due to Traffic Congestion

In a recent survey, respondents indicated whether in the past year they had taken certain actions due to increased traffic congestion. Thirty-two percent of respondents said they had worked alternative hours due to increased congestion; twenty-three percent said they had used a carpool or vanpool.
