Vehicle Fuel Cost vs. Home Heating Cost: Which Causes More Concern?
An October survey showed that the cost of fuel for operating a vehicle was of greater concern than the cost of heating the home, with the exception of those in the Northeast region. Over half of the respondents in the South and the West said that vehicle fuel cost was more of a concern, probably due to the milder climates in those regions.
