Fuel Conservation Equipment on Medium and Heavy Trucks: 1992-1997

Between 1992 and 1997, the number of medium and heavy trucks (>10,000 lb GVW) in operation increased 10.8%. Over the same period, the number of trucks incorporating fuel conservation equipment increased 25-48%.
