Registration
Due to new federal agency regulations, DEER is required to charge a registration fee to all conference attendees. We offer the below registration types to optimize your participation in DEER 2012.
Online registration is now closed.
Please come to the on-site registration counter at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn/Grand Ballroom to register for the conference.
Registration Categories and Fees
FULL CONFERENCE Cost: $495.00 (Early Bird until 9/24/12), On-site $595 (after 9/24/12)
This registration fee includes admittance to the following:
- All program sessions
- All networking functions
- Exhibition Hall
- Poster sessions
- All food and beverage functions (includes: continental breakfasts, am/pm breaks, and working luncheons)
One-Day Conference Cost: $200 (Early Bird until 9/24/12), On-site $250 (after 9/24/12)
This registration fee includes one-day admittance to the following:
- All program sessions
- All networking functions
- Exhibition Hall
- Poster sessions
- All food and beverage functions that day (includes: continental breakfast, am/pm breaks, and working luncheon)
NOTE: You may only attend events on the day you register for.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Registration cancellations and changes will be accepted until Monday, September 24, 2012. After this date, cancellations and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and subject to a $50 cancellation fee. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notice of the change to the DEER registration office at deerconference@courtesyassoc.com.
