Organized each year by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Conference showcases its cooperatively funded research and development (R&D) with its partners, national laboratories, the nation's automotive transportation industry, universities and other national and international organizations.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Attendee Name Badge Lanyards - $5,000 Hang around the necks of every attendee. Company Logo will be printed by DEER on the lanyard. Cyber Café - $5,000 Have your corporate logo locked on the home page and screen of all computers located in the very popular café. Pens - $3,500 Your company's logo will be printed by DEER directly on the pen given out to all attendees in their conference bag.

Advertising Opportunities

Full Page Advertisement in Conference Program $2,500 – Inside Back Cover or Back Cover of Program (2 available) $1,000 – Full Page inside the Program The supporter will be acknowledged in the Program with one (1) full-page color advertisement. The Conference Program will be distributed to all attendees onsite at the conference and made available on the conference website. These advertisements are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hotel Door Drop Sponsor $2,500 per day (3 Days to Choose From) Do you have promotional material that you want attendees at DEER to read? For a $2,500 sponsorship (price is per door drop or door hanger), DEER will arrange to have your promotional material placed either under the door or on the door handle for all DEER attendees staying at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn. Hotel Door Drops are available on Sunday August 2nd, Monday August 3rd, or Tuesday August 4th. Please note: all materials to be placed under the door must be no larger than 8.5" × 11" and on a single sheet. For all door hangers, designs and text must be approved in advance by the hotel. The cost to produce these materials is not included in the price. Hotel Key Card - $2,5000 "Check-in" with the attendees by having custom key cards with your logo and product information on their key card. All we need is a graphic from you and DEER will print these for distribution. Conference Bag Insert - $1,500 Promote your message directly to the attendees via their meeting bags. Sponsor is responsible for printing costs.
