DEER 2008 is an excellent forum to foster the exchange of information and best practices through presentations and posters from new and on-going diesel R&D, and networking with industry colleagues. DOE will showcase its cooperatively funded R&D with its partners, national laboratories, the nation's automotive transportation industry, universities and other national and international organizations.

DEER08 will feature combined Exhibits and Poster Sessions in the Great Lakes Center Hall of the Hyatt Regency Dearborn and has been structured to facilitate networking, with more than half of the exhibit hours being exclusive and including food and beverage functions.

Dedicated exhibit hours are scheduled to include AM and PM Coffee Breaks and Evening Receptions in the Exhibit Hall.

All booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date that the application and payment are received.

Exhibitors are welcome to bring company giveaways such as mugs and pens. Please be advised that government employees may only accept gifts or other gratuities to a value of $20 per event. Therefore, each exhibitor is cautioned not to offer giveaways or other things of value in excess of these limitations.
