Pennsylvania Offers $10 Million for Clean Energy Projects

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PDEP)
announced on April 1st the availability of $10 million for clean
energy projects within the state. The funding is available for grants,
loans, and loan guarantees for projects and research involving solar,
wind, biomass, and geothermal power, as well as low-impact hydropower
and fuel cells. The funds could also go to energy efficiency projects
and energy recovery and load management systems. Some coal
technologies also qualify for funding. All projects must relate to
