The 2011 National Weatherization Training Conference will provide unprecedented opportunities to position your company as a leader in the industry by sponsoring networking events. Sponsorships will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The Expo Sponsor Prospectus gives prospective sponsors a concise overview of the features and benefits of participating in the 2011 National Weatherization Training Conference.
All Sponsors Receive:
- Recognition throughout the conference, with your organization's name and logo printed on conference materials and in the on-site conference program
- Your organization's logo and a link to your website on the conference website
- Your logo included in the conference "screen saver" which will display on computers in all session rooms
- An electronic mailing list of attendees
In addition, the various levels of sponsorship include these valuable opportunities that will emphasize your organization's presence and boost your visibility in the marketplace:
Gold Sponsor - $10,000
- Co-sponsorship of receptions in expo hall
- A one-page narrative or boilerplate ad in the conference program
- A 20' x 20' island premium exhibit space (a $5,000 value)
- One sponsor-provided banner hung above island exhibit space
- Six full conference registrations
Silver Sponsor - $5,000
- Co-sponsorship of Tuesday awards luncheon
- A half-page narrative or boilerplate ad in the conference program
- One 10' x 20' premium exhibit space (a $2,500 value)
- Four full conference registrations
Bronze Sponsor – $3,000
- Co-sponsorship of Monday breakfast in expo hall
- A quarter-page narrative or boilerplate ad in the conference program
- One 10' x 10' premium exhibit space (a $1,250 value)
- Two full conference registrations
