Positive Management Track Record Prepares Kansas City Missouri for New Influx Weatherization Recovery Act Funds

Under the management of Bob Jackson, the Kansas City Missouri Property Preservation Division has the reputation as an effective advocate in facilitating the utility cost reductions for the City’s low-income citizens.  This reputation for advocacy has placed the City’s Property Preservation Division in the right position to achieve the high weatherization production goals expected with the $3.5 million in Weatherization Recovery Act grant funds.
