California Board Approves $5 Million Loan to Solar Cell Manufacturer

The California manufacturing industry has been declining since 2001 with the loss of over 600,000 jobs! The California Energy Commission’s Clean Energy Business Financing Program seeks to reverse this decline through using State Energy Program Recovery Act funds to offer low interest loans to businesses that plan to either expand or enhance their energy efficiency manufacturing operations.
