HACEP Helps Weatherize Homes

With goal of providing 100 percent weatherization services to its eligible clients, the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso, Texas has already weatherized 118 units in different sections of the city. With grant funds from the Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program, the Housing Authority is partnering with Project Bravo and El Paso City government to help eligible public housing residents to achieve energy efficiency and save on energy costs.
