EVENT ADVISORY: 'Neighbor to Neighbor Lighting' Set to Launch on Feb. 3 at ECSU

Helping families to save approximately $100 a year, Connecticut with Energy Efficiency and Conservation Recovery Act Block Grant funds has launched its “Neighbor to Neighbor Lighting” program which helps residents to reduce their electric bills by converting to energy efficiency light bulbs.
