Lincoln Park: City to See $642,000 Streetscape-Improvement Grant

An aesthetic makeover is scheduled along Fort Street and Southfield Road in the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan. Residents of Lincoln Park, along with visitors to the City, who will travel in this location, will observe a series of new features including energy efficient streetlights, trees, bike parking loops, and benches all a part of the pedestrian and streetscape improvement project. The energy efficient streetlights portion of this improvement initiative will be purchased and installed with funds from an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Recovery Act Block Grant.
