West Palm, Delray Install Charging Stations for Electric Cars

The “Electric Highway” comes to Palm Beach County in the Sunshine State! Using $59,000 in DOE Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds, the City of West Palm Beach located in Palm Beach County, Florida has installed a number of 240-volt electric vehicle charging stations at various City locations. Through this green project initiative West Palm Beach joins other US cities in promoting the use of energy efficient vehicles on the nation’s roadways.
