Clark County Ranks High in Training and Homes Weatherized

According to The Columbian, Clark County in Washington State has already weatherized 210 homes and is ready to weatherize 210 more.  In addition, Vancouver’s Clark College offers training certification in energy auditing and weatherization which provides a viable alternative to the county’s unemployed residents.
