San Antonio Widow benefits from Weatherization measures

“It’s really warm in my house” says Patricia Teran as she reflects on the impact of new insulation installed in her home.  San Antonio News reports how Patricia, 62, a disabled widow is among the first local San Antonio residents to directly benefit from the energy efficiency measures provided through the DOE Weatherization Assistance Program.
