    Weatherization Measures Lower Utility Costs for Townhouse Residents in Columbia, Maryland

    Keshia Webb was perplexed with the rising utility bill costs for her small townhouse in Columbia, Maryland.   The Weatherization Assistance Program Recovery Act funds will provide a series of energy efficiency improvements to mitigate the high utility cost for Keisha as well as other eligible residents in Columbia for savings of nearly $250 per month.
