Vineland Officials Aim to Lower City's Energy Costs

    Projecting annual savings of $100,000, the City of Vineland New Jersey will conduct a series of energy efficiency measures on a number of city buildings.  An Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Recovery Act grant will result in an assortment of energy upgrade measures including new boilers, lighting system improvements, an up-to-date building management system, and programmable thermostats.
