Education in Energy Efficiency and Construction at Sierra College

    The Center for Applied Competitive Technologies at Sierra College located in Rocklin California has developed a 128 hour training program in Technical Education in Energy Efficiency and Construction – TE3C.  This TE3C training program which is based on the provisions of the Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program prepares young man and women for future jobs in energy efficiency construction.
