Local Leaders Promote Neighbor to Neighbor Energy Challenge

Using grant funds from the Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program, the “Connecticut Neighbor to Neighbor Energy Challenge” seeks to achieve the goal of assisting 10 percent of the households in 14 towns to reduce their energy consumption by 20 percent over a three year period.
