Weatherizing the Recession

The Minnesota Weatherization Assistance Program is experiencing significant growth with the increase grant funding resulting from the Recovery Act. The CAP Agency, a Minnesota community service organization, alone has already achieved its target number of weatherized homes and now plans to weatherize as many as 200 additional eligible homes.
