Cheese Byproduct Facility Planned for Greenwood

Next year, using funds from a State Energy Program Recovery Act loan, Clark County, Wisconsin will have a new biofuels processing plant that converts whey permeate, a cheese byproduct, into ethanol and dry yeast.
