MFA weatherizes Albuquerque apartments

An apartment building in Albuquerque, New Mexico becomes a different focus for weatherization activity as the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority will use Recovery Act funds to install energy efficiency measures in the Solar Vila Apartments which has 100 low-income senior and disabled occupants.
