Weatherization Assistance Awarded to First Rota Resident

Compact fluorescents, window and door weather stripping, and window air conditioners were among the energy efficiency measures installed in the Northern Mariana Islands’ home of Milagro Manglona, the first resident to benefit from weatherization retrofits provided by the Rota Weatherization Assistance Program.
