City Turns to Solar

With the combination of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Recovery Act Block Grant funds and prime space on unusable land, the City of Redlands, California installed a 574 solar panel project generating per year 215,565 kilowatt hours of electricity for the city and yielding an estimated annual savings of $36,646.
