SEP 2005 Special Projects Request for Proposals

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) State Energy Program (SEP) issued its 2005 request for proposals for SEP Special Projects. This year there are funding opportunities in 17 categories, including 6 types of projects for DOE's Clean Cities.

Only state energy offices are eligible to participate, and the deadline for all proposals is May 6, 2005. All applications forms are now handled online through the DOE Financial Opportunities Web site called IIPS (Industry Interactive Procurement System).
