With its Recovery Act SEP funding, Florida will advance energy efficiency efforts and encourage the production, availability, and use of renewable energy and alternative fuels. Under the program Florida will create several loan and grant programs to promote investment and commercialization of various energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and retrofit measures.
